Mix with an appropriate amount of hot water (over 200°F). Blend with a spoon for one minute and pour into a flat pan to cool. Chill overnight in a refrigerator. Cut the gel by hand or with a food processor to obtain an appropriate size. Feed to fish. The firmness of the gel is affected by the amount of water used. A good starting point is to use a ration of 50:50 by weight of dry diet and water.
